Display All Un-Billed Services - Registry Setting

'Y' displays all unbilled services (form locators 42-49) in paper UB-92/UB-04 bills, when service liability is not associated with the primary guarantor.

This functionality is enabled when Yes is selected in the 'Bill Only When Payment Received From Prior Guarantor(s)' field (Guarantors/Payors form).

The following logic is enabled:

  • A bill will not be generated for the secondary and tertiary guarantors until the bill for the primary guarantor is created and claimed.

  • The secondary and tertiary bills are not generated until payments are received for the prior guarantor.

This can be overridden through the 'Ignore The Following Financial Class(es)' field (Guarantors/Payors form), and selecting the financial class of the prior guarantors.

  • The prior guarantor bill is used for the next guarantor to display services with no liability distribution.
