Default Program Address Information - Registry Setting

'Y' enables the 'Default Program Address Information' field in the Admission, Admission (Outpatient), Call Intake, and Pre-Admit forms.

'N' disables the above field in the above forms.

If address and phone number information has been entered for the treatment program (Program Maintenance form), and 'Yes' is selected in the 'Default Program Address Information' field : the client's address and phone number fields will populate with the treatment program's address and phone number information.

If 'No' is selected in the 'Default Program Address Information' field, the client's address and phone number information will populate in the address and phone number fields for the above forms.

If no client address and phone number information exists, then the associated fields will be blank.
