Separate multiple Items with ’&’.

8 - Status (Open/Closed/Claimed)

10 - NOT_uniqueid
11 - First Bill Dt
12 - Data Entry Person
13 - Data Entry Date
14 - Data Entry Time
15 - Claim Number
16 - Start Time
The default setting is: 1&2&3&4&5&6 (Date of Svc, Service, PracID, Ep, Units and Cost).
