Allow Pre-Admit Charges After Admission - Registry Setting

'Y' allows pre-admit charges to be filed during the pre-admit during of an admitted client.

 The registry settings 'Allow Active Pre-Admits And Admits' and 'Allow Admissions To File/Edit Pre-Admits' must be enabled to allow the admission of a pre-admit within the same episode for this functionality to be utilized.

'N' prevents pre-admit charges from being filed during the pre-admit duration of an admitted client if the pre-admit date is prior to the date of admission.
