This registry setting only applies to Avatar installments with a Single Server Environment.
For Multiple Server Environments, please see Allow Partial Receipts.

'Y' allows partial receipt refunds in the Void/Refund Receipt form.

The Dollar Amount To Be Voided Or Refunded field can be edited.
