Allow Only Active Diagnoses - Registry Setting

'Y' disables the diagnosis lookups on all charge input forms, requiring users to use the 'Active Diagnosis' fields.

This will limit the user to selecting diagnoses that are already on file for the client.

'N' allows the use of the diagnosis lookups to select any diagnosis code for services.
