'Y' will allow creating a new client in the following forms:

Admission, Admission (OutPatient), and Pre Admit.

The Allow Creation Of New Client Custom Message registry setting works with this registry setting, and allows a specific message to be created.

'N' displays the following message when creating a new client in the above forms: "Admission of a new client should not be completed. Please exit the form." This message is a warning only, the user will be able to file the new client record.
