Print CurrLatestDxInfo on Notifications - Registry Setting

Avatar Order Entry > Facility Defaults > Client Profile > Order Notifications

Define whether a client's current latest diagnosis (DSM) information prints on order notifications.

'Y' prints diagnosis information.

'N' does not print diagnosis information.

If an order notification is reprinted, the diagnosis information will be the latest diagnosis for the client, and not necessarily the diagnosis information that existed at the time the order was originally filed.
