Med Regimen Review Partial Hospital - Registry Setting
Avatar Order Entry > Facility Defaults > To Do Items
Define the number of days in the Medication Regimen Review cycle for partial hospitalization episodes. This is the number of days since the last Medication Regimen Review (or admission date if no reviews have been filed) that a review will be due. Once this setting is defined, a daily background process (part of the myAvatar CWS Auto-Notification batch process) will run that checks all clients with an active inpatient episode to see if a review is due. If a Medication Regimen Review is due, a To Do notification is sent to the attending practitioner (or admitting practitioner if no attending practitioner is defined) for any client due for a review.
The number of days prior to the end of the current Medication Regimen Review cycle when the To Do will be sent is defined in the registry setting Medication Regimen Review - Number of Days Before Due to Send Notification. The time of day when the CWS Auto-Notification batch process runs can be configured in the myAvatar PM System Task Scheduler form.
To disable this background process, leave the number of days blank.
