Avatar Order Entry > Facility Defaults > Client Profile

Define the default value that populates the Order Entry Source field in the Client Profile / Physicians Orders form.

  • A default order entry source can be defined in the Order Entry User Role and Order Entry User Definition forms.

  • Refer to the Order Entry Tabled Files - data element 502 (Order Entry Source) for a list of valid responses.
