Copy Order Default Ordering Practitioner - Registry Setting

Indicate the default for populating the Ordering Practitioner field when using the Copy Order function to create new orders.
'1' uses the Ordering Practitioner from the source order being copied.
'2' uses the staff member associated with the logged-on user as the Ordering Practitioner (if the user is defined as the Ordering Practitioner); otherwise, uses the Ordering Practitioner from the source order that is being copied.
'3' uses the staff member associated with the logged-on user as the Ordering Practitioner (if the user is defined as the Ordering Practitioner); otherwise, defaults the Ordering Practitioner to a blank or null value.
Ordering Practitioner is a required field and will need to be entered manually if no default is specified.
