'Y' allows remark codes to be included in an outbound 835 file.

The 2110 LQ segment will populate with the Default Remark Code (2110 LQ 02) extended
dictionary off the Claim Adjustment Reason Code(s) dictionary.

If no remark code is filed for the reason code, 2110 LQ will be suppressed.

'N' suppresses remark codes.
