  • Funding Source/Contracting Provider Reporting Defaults (837 Professional and 837 Institutional sections):

'Y' affects segment data produced in the following loops:

2000B/2010BB/2320/2330A/2330B/2330C/2330E, when the 837P or 837I files are compiled in the 837 Outbound Processing form.

'N' disables the above fields, and the associated 837 billing logic.
