'Y' performs the following:

  • Enables the Budget Tracking Account Setup form.

  • Enables the Account field In the Service Authorization form.

  • Verifies when a user enters an account or an authorization start date that the account has been filed in the Budget Tracking Account Setup form for the authorization start date.

'N' disables the Budget Tracking Account Setup form, the above field and the above logic.
