Control the display of the Associated Case, and Population fields in the Service Authorization, Service Authorization (Unlimited Codes), and Service Authorization Request forms.

These fields allow you to apply your own categories to services for reporting purposes. Both fields pull from the same user-defined dictionary.

  • The Population field displays as a drop down field, and the dictionary is unlocked so as to be updated by users.
  • The Associated Case field displays as a radio button list, and the dictionary is locked to prevent changes.

'0' disables the Associated Case and Population fields.

'1' enables the Associated Case field.

'2' enables the Population field.

'1R' enables and requires the Associated Case field.

'2R' enables and requires the Population field.
