'Y' allows changing the claim status for approved, or pended services in the Claim Processing (CMS 1500), Claim Processing (UB92), and Fast Service Entry forms.

When the claim status is overridden the claim status will not be calculated for future edits, even if this registry is disabled.

'N' allows the Claim Status to be changed in these forms. The claim status will be calculated when the service is edited.
