'1' enables the 'Claim Adjustment Reason Codes' field in the 'Service Detail' Section of claims processing override forms.

'2' overwrites the 'Explanation of Coverage' field to include the 'Claim Status Reason' selection, or the associated adjustment reason code, as well as the adjustment reason codes selected in the 'Claim Adjustment Reason Codes' field.

Separate multiple values with '&'.

'0' disables the above field in the above forms. '0' must be entered alone.
