'1' enables the Medicaid Rate Code field in the Member Specific Information form.
This field is used for reporting purposes and does not impact any functionality in the system.

'2' enables the Third Party Liability Present field in the Member Specific Information form.
This field is used for reporting purposes and does not impact any functionality in the system.

Separate multiple values with '&'.

 The Member Specific Information form is enabled if the Require Member Enrollment registry setting is set to 'N'.

'0' disables the above fields in the Member Specific Information form.
