Define if additional data verification is performed in an 837 Institutional file:

  • '1' verifies Social Security numbers when the Social Security number in '2010BA-REF-REF02' does not match the member's Social Security number in myAvatar.
  • '2' verifies date of birth when the date of birth in '2010BA-DMG-DMG02' does not match the member's date of birth in myAvatar.
  • '3' verifies only the month and year when comparing the subscriber DOB to the client demographic DOB in the inbound 837 Professional file if the date of birth contained in '2010BA-DMG-DMG02' does not match the member's date of birth in myAvatar. 

Separate multiple entries with commas.

'0' means no additional verifications are preformed.
