Specify whether or not to include diagnosis information with each financial transaction. For any diagnosis, the ICD-9 and ICD-10 codes will be included based on availability. Diagnosis information will be valued in segment FT1 field 19 of the financial transaction.

0 = Do not include.

1 = Include from the client diagnosis record as of the date of service.

By default, diagnosis information will not be included.
