'Y' enables the 'Suppress Service Facility Name (2310E)' field in the Guarantor/Program Billing Defaults form (837 Institutional section).

This field allows the Service Facility Name (Loop 2310E) to be suppressed in an 837 bill.

'N' disables the above field.
