'Y' enables the 'Subscriber Primary Identifier to Display (2100C-NM1-09)' field in the Guarantor/Program Billing Defaults form.

This field displays Subscriber Identification Code (2100C-NM1-09) with one of the following:

'1' Subscriber Policy Number

'2' Subscriber Policy Number Override

The Enable Subscriber Policy Number Override registry setting must be enabled.

'3' Subscriber Social Security #

'N' uses the subscriber policy number as the Subscriber Primary Identifier.
