Specify minimum units for service codes that have a User Defined fee type.

'1' files services rendered with zero number of units as one unit.

'2' files services rendered with zero number of units as one unit, and adds the field Minimum Units to the Service Codes form. this field allows users to specify the minimum units for individual service codes.

'0' files services rendered with zero number of units as zero units.
