Define the number of medical diagnosis fields to enable in the following forms:

  • Client Charge Input with Medical Diagnosis
  • Client Charge Input (Charge Fee Access and Medical Diagnosis)
  • Recurring Client Charge Input with Medical Diagnosis
  • Recurring Client Charge Input (Charge Fee Access and Medical Diagnosis)
  • Update Service Medical Diagnosis
  • Edit Service Information
  • Edit Service Information (Charge Fee Access)

Enter '2','3', or '4'.

  • If the Include Medical Diagnosis registry setting is set to 'Y', the same number of diagnosis fields will be enabled in the Appointment Scheduling forms as well as the 'Service Panel Charge Input' form.
