'Y' enables the 'Include Transfers In Claim Level Adjustments/Service Level Adjustments (2320/2430-CAS)' field in the Guarantor/Program Billing Defaults form.

This field specifies whether transfers are included in the Claim Level Adjustment (2320-CAS), or Service Level Adjustment (2430-CAS) segments.
