Enable the File Information (2400-K3-01) field in the Guarantor/Program Billing Defaults (837 Professional section), and Service Fee Maintenance forms.

'1' enables this field in the Guarantor/Program Billing Defaults (837 Professional section) form.

'2' enables this field in the Service Fee Maintenance form.

'3' enables this field in both of the above forms.

If this field is blank in the Service Fee Maintenance form, the value in this field on the Guarantor/Program Billing Defaults form (837 Professional section) will be used.

'0' disables this field in the above forms.
