Avatar PM > Billing > Electronic Submissions > Claim Status Req & Notification (276/277)

Specify the guarantors to exclude Service Line Information (Loops 2210D or 2210E) from a 276 submission file.

  • Enter the guarantor code (Guarantors/Payors form). Separate multiple guarantor codes with '&', with no spaces.
  • If no value is entered, service line information will be included for all guarantors.
