'Y' enables the 'Subscriber Policy Number Override (2010BA-NM1-09)' field in the Financial Eligibility form (Guarantor Selection section).
This field allows you to override the Subscriber Primary Identifier in all 837 submission files.

'N' removes the prompt from these forms.
