'Y' enables the 'Subscriber Additional Id Qualifier (2100C-REF-01)', and 'Subscriber Additional Id Identifier (2100C-REF-02)' fields in the Financial Eligibility form (Guarantor Selection section).

This registry setting also adds the 'Subscriber Additional Identifier to Display (2100C-REF)' to the Guarantor/Program Billing Defaults form (Eligibility Inquiry/Response (270/271) section).

These fields support the Subscriber Additional Identification (2100C-REF) in a 270 submission file.
