'Y' enables the 'Select Date To Include As Orthodontic Appliance Replacement Date (2400-DTP)' field in the Guarantor/Program Billing Defaults form (837 Dental section).

This field populates the orthodontic appliance replacement date (2400-DTP: Date - Replacement).

'N' disables the above field.
