Enable Pay-To Address Name (2010AB) - Registry Setting

'Y' gives an end-user the ability to include Pay-To Address Name (2010AB) within the submission file. This is accomplished by adding the following prompts to the form Guarantor/Program Billing Defaults (837 Institutional section):

  • Pay-to Address Line 1 (2010AB-N3-01)
  • Pay-to Address Line 2 (2010AB-N3-02)
  • Pay-to Address ZIP Code (2010AB-N4-03)
  • Pay-to Address City (2010AB-N4-01)
  • Pay-to Address State (2010AB-N4-02)

'N' removes the prompts form the form.

 This setting applies to 5010 format only.
