Enable ORYX Reporting - Registry Setting

Avatar Incident Tracking -> General - >Settings -> Enable ORYX Reporting

  • 'Y' makes the 'Incident Modifier 3' field used for ORYX reporting visible in the 'Open Incident' option and makes the 'ORYX Reporting' option visible in myAvatar PM. 
    • Data for the ORYX report is gathered from the Avatar Incident Tracking and Avatar Order Entry modules, which must be installed to use ORYX reporting. 
    • The myAvatar PM registry setting Enable NRI/ORYX Reporting must be activated to access the ORYX reported fields. 
  • 'N' disables this functionality.
