Enable inactive treatment programs to be selected in the following forms.

Enter the associated form number:

Separate multiple entries with '&'.

'1' Create Interim Billing Batch File

'2' Electronic Billing

'3' Print Bill

'4'  Re-Print Bill

'5' Crystal Self Pay Bill

'6' Guarantor/Program Billing Defaults

'7' Practitioner Numbers By Guarantor and Program

'8' Inhibit Billing By Service

'9' Quick Billing Rule Definition

In the 'Program' fields, the 'Show Inactive Programs' selection is enabled, and will display as the last choice in the field.

In the 'Program' search fields, search results will include inactive treatment programs.
