'Y' enables the following:

  • The EPSDT Maintenance Screen form.

EPSDT fields in the following forms:

  • EPSDT Referral (2300-CRC-01), in the Guarantor/Program Billing Defaults form (837 Professional section)
  • Was An EPSDT Referral Given To The Patient (2300-CRC-02), Condition Code (2300-CRC-03) Condition Code (2300-CRC-04), and Condition Code (2300-CRC-05) in the HCFA-1500/837P Maintenance Screen form.

'N' disables the EPSDT Maintenance Screen form, and EPSDT fields in the above forms.
