Dental billing fields in the following forms:

  • Service Codes
  • Service Code Input
  • Guarantor/Program Billing Defaults
  • Practitioner Numbers By Guarantor and Program
  • 'Client Charge Input' forms

The '837-Dental' bill type is enabled in the Electronic Billing, and Electronic Re-Billing Service Assignment forms.

The 'ADA J515' bill type is enabled in the Print Bill, and Re-Print Bill forms.
