Enable Crossover Payment Logic - Registry Setting

This registry setting gives you the ability to utilize crossover payment logic to determine the guarantor to post a payment/adjustment against when processing an 835.

'Y' enables the 'Perform crossover payment check' field in the 835 Health Care Claim Payment/Advice form, and adds the 835 section to the Guarantors/Payors form.

'N' removes this functionality.
