'Y' enables the 'Claim Frequency Code (2300-CLM-05-3) Override' field in the Guarantor/Program Billing Defaults form (837 Institutional section).

This field overrides the Claim Frequency Code (2300-CLM-05-3) for all bill types, except for re-bills.

'N' disables the above field.
