Enable CareConnect User Associations - Registry Setting

 This is a hidden registry setting.

'Y' enables the CareConnect User field on the Practitioner Enrollment form.

This field is used to filter the referrals in the CareConnect Inbox form to show only those referrals that were sent or received by the associated user.

Any new referrals created in the New Referrals form will be associated to the CareConnect User associated with the practitioner selected in the Referring Practitioner field.

'N' disables this functionality.
