Enable Automatic Room And Board - Registry Setting

This registry setting will add or remove the Automatic Room And Board Service Code Assignment functionality.

'Y' enables the Automatic Room And Board Setup form, and adds the Automatic Room And Board Advanced Days field to the Admission forms. The number entered here will be added to the client's length of stay when determining the service code.

'N' disables this functionality.
