'Y' enables the Common Modifiers field in the 'Roll-Up Services Definition' form.

A roll-up will include a component service if it is associated with the modifiers.

  • A component service is rolled-up if it is associated with any modifiers entered in this field.
  • Up to four modifiers can be entered. Separate each modifier with a comma, without spaces (for example, M1,M2,M3,M4).

If no modifiers are selected, the roll-up will includes component services associated any modifier.

Component services are contained in the roll-up service definition in the following manner:

  • If component services are associated with a single modifier, the roll-up service is associated with the same modifier.
  • If component services are associated with a group of modifiers, the roll-up service is associated with the same group of modifiers.
  • If component services are associated with different modifiers, the roll-up service is not associated with any modifier.
