'Y' enables the following selections in the 'Claim Submission Reason Code' field (Electronic Re-Billing Service Assignment form):

  • Admit Through Discharge Claim
  • Interim (First Claim)
  • Interim (Continuing Claim)
  • Interim (Last Claim)

This field specifies the claim submission reason code for re-billed services.
