Use Date of Service - Registry Setting

Avatar CWS > Treatment Plan > Treatment Plan > Progress Notes > Select T.P. Item Note Addresses

'Y' treatment plans display in progress note options (Select T.P. Version field), according to the date entered in the Date Of Service field.

If the date of service is blank, the current treatment plan displays.

'N' the current treatment plan displays in the Select T.P. Version field.
