This registry setting controls the way that the system clears non-service related field on the Progress Notes (Group and Individual) form.

'Y' will prompt you before clearing non-service related fields. This allows you to retain the note text when the client or episode is changed.

'N' will clear all fields automatically on the form when the client or episode is changed, without any prompts.
