Include Approve Note - Registry Setting

'1' enables the Approve Note field in the Review/Co-Sign Notes and Review/Co-Sign Documents forms, for progress notes created in the Progress Notes (Group and Individual) form.

  • The Approve Note field will display when Final is selected in the Draft/Final field (Progress Notes - Group and Individual form).
    Draft/final functionality is enabled through the Include Draft/Final Prompt registry setting.

If No is selected in the Approve Note field:

  • The progress note status is changed to Draft, which allows the note to be edited.

'0' disables this field, and the above functionality.

 This registry setting affects all facilities.
