This registry setting is accessed for the following form locations:

Avatar CWS > Progress Notes > Ambulatory

Avatar CWS > Progress Notes > Ambulatory (Medical Diagnosis)

Avatar CWS > Progress Notes > Inpatient

Avatar CWS > Progress Notes > Inpatient (Medical Diagnosis)

'Y' displays the Practitioner field. 

'N' makes the Practitioner field invisible.
 Selecting 'N' causes the system to use the staff member who is logged in when creating progress notes for a new service.
