Enable New Treatment Plan - Registry Setting

 Once this registry setting is enabled, it is removed from the system and cannot be disabled.

'Y' enables the 'Treatment Plan' form, and adds all existing treatment plan data to new tables.

  • This is a system-wide setting that will update all root system codes to the new format.
  • This registry setting does not support data entered in Treatment Plan (MH), Treatment Plan (MR), or Treatment Plan 3.1.

 It is strongly recommended for this to be completed in a TEST/UAT environment first. This not only provides an environment to get familiar with the new format but is a critical step to ensure a seamless transition when the conversion is performed in LIVE. 

The conversion process can take several hours and some forms may not be available during that time. The process will be quicker if the product is fully up to date.
