Enable Clinical Reconciliation - Registry Setting

'Y' enables the Clinical Reconciliation form, and the following functionality.

The following forms will save the problems, allergies and medications that are obtained from the CCD file:

  • View Referral (Avatar PM)
  • CareConnect CCD Download (Avatar PM)
  • Import Clinical Information (Avatar CWS)
     

Information in the problems, allergies and medications will be available in the Clinical Reconciliation form, in order to be reconciled with electronic health record data previously filed for the client.

The workflow designed to send To-Do items for "medication reconciliation" will send the new To-Do items for the Clinical Reconciliation form. Any existing To-Do items will be updated accordingly.

'N' disables the Clinical Reconciliation form, and disables the above functionality.
