Diagnosis Value Set - Registry Setting

This setting determines the value set used within the exported (HL7) data. The following fields are affected: 

  • Segment PV2 field 3 (Admit or Encounter Reason)
  • Segment DG1 field 3 (Diagnosis)

The value sets currently supported are as follows:

  • ICD9 or ICD10 or SNOMED

The default value set used is 'ICD10'.
