'Y' enables defaulting treatment plan data from a previously entered treatment plan. Episodic treatment plans will only allow defaulting from treatment plans for the same episode.

'U' enables defaulting treatment plan data from a previously entered treatment plan, for episodes in the current user defined system code.

'S' enables defaulting treatment plan data from a previously entered treatment plan, for any episode.

 For non episodic treatment plans, 'U' and 'S' function the same as 'Y'. If multiple system codes are not enabled, 'U' will function the same as 'S'.

 This functionality is available when File is selected for the first time for any treatment plan in the Treatment Plan form. Treatment plan data from a previous plan will be defaulted using the rules defined in the Treatment Plan Default Setup form.

'N' disables defaulting treatment plan data from a previously entered treatment plan.
