Retain Program Selection - Registry Setting

'Y' preserves the Program value after the Episode Number is selected if the service is not assigned to a program.

 This functionality does not apply to the Appointment Management grid.
If the 'Enable 'Admission vs. Service Program' Functionality' registry setting is enabled, the Program field will not default based on the episode.

'N' replaces the program from the selected episode.
